For the last 15 years, my world has revolved around being a fine wine consultant. But friends also know me as a devoted epicurean, having orchestrated many trips around elusive reservations at restaurants like Noma in Denmark, and El Cellar de Can Roca in Spain.
Alongside these Michelin Stars, I’ve sampled some of the best street food in Taiwan and Thailand; never passing up a chance to indulge at a beloved Parisian bistro (pairing Langres cheese with a glass of grower Champagne), or savor mouthwatering pintxos in San Sebastián.
