    I would love to hear from you so I can fully understand what you want your dream trip to look like. Whether you are planning a foodie weekend getaway to Charleston, or want an over-water bungalow in the Maldives for your honeymoon, I invite you to fill out the initial trip planning form here and we’ll be in touch within 24 hours.

  • Complimentary consultation


    Once you’ve submitted your inquiry, we’ll set up a time to chat for 15-30 minutes about what you want out of your trip. This helps me determine how best I can help you plan, along with maximizing the VIP perks you can get by booking with me. Depending on your needs, and the package you choose, a planning fee may apply (as outlined below).

  • Trip creation


    Once you have signed your client agreement, and a trip planning package is decided on (please review the variety of options below), I’ll send over a more detailed survey, and then get to work on curating and crafting a custom itinerary for you. You can be as involved as you like during this process, and I will be checking in frequently with updates via email.

  • Confirmations


    Once we’ve narrowed down the details, I will make the reservations for all of your trip components. I’ll also ensure any and all VIP perks are included wherever possible. Finally, you’ll receive all of your trip documents, including a complete digital itinerary with the details of each and every booking.

My role will be to assist you in refining and enhancing those plans. Whether it's finding exceptional hotels or adding those extra touches of luxury, I'm here to make sure your travel experience aligns perfectly with your desires.

From initial concept to final execution, you will receive comprehensive support as I secure accommodations that reflect your group's travel style, program engaging activities, as well as manage transportation logistics, and even arrange event spaces if required.
